We want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened and factory-sealed contact lens packaging. Due to the medical nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for lenses that have been opened or tried on.

Ensure your contact lens vials or blister packs are unopened, undamaged, and still within their original factory seals.

Contact Support

Email our beauty support team with your order number and photos of the sealed products to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Securely

Place the items in a sturdy box with protective padding to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.

Ship and Refund

Send the package back using a tracked shipping service; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
